Programs & Services

• MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES - Assessment, individual therapy and family counseling are available to Medicaid eligible children and their families.  (Services provided in all Barceda Counties)

• STAY AT HOME PARENTS - Home visitation to educate families in child development and well-being for parents working less than 20 hours per week.  (Services provided in Counties: Barton, Cedar, and Dade)

• HOPES - Healthy Outcomes through Prevention Education and Support - Teen Parent Program Mentoring services to provide support, resource referral and parenting education to teen parents.  (Services provided to Counties: Polk, Dallas and Hickory)

   

• ECHO - Every Child Healthy Outcome - Services, resources referral and support for families with children with special needs including developmental delays and behavioral problems.  (Services provided to Counties: Barton, Cedar, Dade and Polk)

   

• CHILDREN'S TREATMENT SERVICES - Parent aide, resource coordination, service delivery coordination, parent education classes, mentoring, and tutoring services available for clients of the Department of Social Services

   

• ESCAPE PROJECT - Empowering Students to Change through Alcohol Prevention Education - Barceda Families provides the Marion C. Early School District (Polk County) with alcohol prevention education, youth leadership development, mental health services, and the operation of the Escape Youth Center

• SUPERVISED VISITS & PARENT AIDE -  Supervised visitations and parenting skills education for families involved in the foster care system.  (Services provided to all Barceda Counties)

• BRAVE PROJECT -  Barceda Resource And Violence Education - Education presentations designed to break the cycle of violence against women, the distribution of information about available community resources and providing linkages between victims and service providers. (Services provided in all Barceda Counties)
